For UK GDPR, Camp & Event Solutions Ltd is the data controller for this corporate website and for company enquiries. Scout Camp Manager, SCM, Scout Camp, Trail Bookings, and ScoutingSite are trading names of the same company.

2. Data we collect on this website
This corporate site is informational. We may process:
- Name, email, and message content if you contact us
- CVs and related details if you apply or send a speculative application
- Technical logs needed to run the site (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and availability
- Status-check metadata when this site pings our public product URLs
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Why we process it

6. Retention
Enquiry emails and CVs are kept only as long as needed to respond and, for speculative applications, to consider you for a later role unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
7. Your rights

8. Children
This corporate website is not directed at children. Product platforms used by Scout and youth groups handle young people’s data under those products’ policies, with the group as the organisation running the camp or website.
9. International transfers
Where a product uses a processor outside the UK, that product’s privacy notice explains the safeguard (for example UK adequacy or appropriate clauses).
